Hendersonville Lightning: Developer seeks rezoning to allow 80-unit apartment building on Greenville Highway 

From the Lightning: City [of Hendersonville] planners will hold a neighborhood compatibility meeting next week on a rezoning request to allow 80 apartments on 2½ acres at the southeast corner of Greenville Highway and Chadwick Avenue.

Applicants Joey Burnett of the Tamara Peacock Company and Brett Barry and landowner Hunting Creek Associates LLC are seeking to rezone the subject property at 904 Greenville Highway from GHMU Greenville Highway Mixed Use to GHMU CZD Greenville Highway Mixed Use Conditional Zoning District for the construction of a multi-family development of 80 apartment units.

The neighborhood compatibility meeting will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 15, in the City Operations Center Assembly Room at 305 Williams St.
